THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY QUICKLY CAME OUT AND DID THE WORK. I FEEL LIKE THEY ARE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN AN INDEPENDENT PERSON, BUT I LIKE ACTUALLY USING A COMPANY.

They do the job at a reasonable price. However, communication with them is a bit challenging; the phone usually goes to an answering machine. Messages only result in a response if absolutely necessary. Example: We asked them to change the frequency from every week to every other week in the summer. There was no confirmation from them, they just did it. I would prefer to have a person to talk to or - failing that - a return call from them that tells me that they have received my request and will be acting on it.
